This session is the foundation of our work together. Gathering your health history and gaining an understanding of all the factors impacting your health as well as any relevant examinations. In this session we discuss your condition/symptoms/concerns, as well as an in-depth systems review, dietary information & lifestyle review.

We will discuss your health goals and go through remedies, dietary changes, lifestyle implementations & further testing that may be relevant.

You will then be emailed an in-depth information package within 48 hours with everything we have discussed in detail.

With the foundation underway, we have the ground work to start exploring solutions and pathways to bring you back to health.

We check in on how you have been since your initial consultation and go through any of the questions you may have. It’s important that you understand the individual factors that have been contributing to your health concern in order for you to feel empowered on your healing journey.

Approximately 30 minutes

For any acute concerns i.e. a cold, acute stress or digestive issues, a once off UTI/thrush/BV infection etc.
