What to expect

Naturopathy is a holistic form of medicine that considers & treats your physical, mental, emotional & spiritual health. It draws on many forms of traditional medicine knowledge, as well as ever-growing scientific research and studies. When working with clients, Jess develops an understanding that covers all of these areas in order to identify what in your life is contributing to your health concerns.

Each person has a different set of circumstances that has contributed to their overall health picture. Our aim is to determine the root cause of your health concern and provide education and clarity around your situation so that you can make informed decisions that are right for you. Depending on your unique health concern or goal, you may be prescribed a personally tailored herbal mixture, nutritional supplements, energetic support, dietary or lifestyle implementations.

The Nurture Self practice also offers functional pathology testing to further understand what may be contributing to any signs of symptoms you may be experiencing. These tests help to develop a streamlined treatment plan of action.
